Meanwhile, the Philippine Coast Guard reported that close to 1,000 passengers are stranded in major ports of Southern Tagalog including Lucena, Infanta, Atimonan, Puerto Real in Quezon, Batangas, Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro, San Jose in Occidental Mindoro and Romblon, as of Saturday afternoon.
