Acer has set out to put a stop to that with their new Aspire Z5761. It is a 23 inch high definition model that packs everything up into a neat, well-designed chassis for roughly $1,300.
If you’re thinking that sounds like a lot of cash for a bit of hardware you should hold your judgment until you hear what’s inside this new Aspire.
First, available options for processors include Sandy Bridge Core i5-2400s, Core i5-2500s, or Core i7-2600s. Coupled with NVIDIA’s GeForce GT440, GT435M, or GT420 graphics cards and that adds up to plenty of computing power for pretty much anything you need to do. It also comes with available hybrid tuner cards so you can use the PC as a TV and save yourself a video pass through if you want to record live television on your computer.
You can also order up to 1 terabyte of storage on an SATA II hard drive. Your choice of optical drives includes Blu-ray or the vaunted SuperMulti drive.
