After she accused then supreme court nominee Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment 19 years ago, Anita Hill says she's not sorry.
This is after justice Thomas' wife called Hill yesterday, asking for an apology.
Hill's accusations nearly halted Thomas' nomination to the Supreme Court in 1991.
Anita Hill is now a professor of social justice at Brandeis University. She called the request inappropriate, and after she received the call, contacted the Brandeis Public Safety office and the FBI. Hill says she still stands by her testimony.
Thomas' wife Virginia said she was trying to "offer up an olive branch" to Hill.
Clarence Thomas denied the allegations all along. After doing several interviews when he released a book in 2007, Thomas said he thought Hill's accusations were part of collaboration among his political opponents. It was that year when Virginia Thomas first suggested Hill make an apology.
